Creative Operations Specialist – Media & Performance Focusthis is not a producer, project manager. Candidates should have experience in Media Buying or Planning . We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to help bring media campaigns to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with media strategists, buyers, and creative teams to ensure campaign assets are built correctly, meet platform specs, and drive performance across paid social, display, programmatic, and search channels. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who understands why campaigns work the way they do and can translate that into actionable creative execution.What You’ll DoCollaborate with media teams to translate campaign plans into clear creative requirements for TikTok, Meta, Google, programmatic, and display channelsReview and QA creative assets to ensure accuracy, correct formats, and adherence to specsMaintain organized asset libraries, versioning, and documentation for all campaignsPartner with creative teams to provide guidance on best practices for media-specific assetsSupport campaign optimization by understanding performance trends and helping refine creative strategiesAct as a bridge between media, creative, and other stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in media operations, performance marketing, or creative operations supporting media campaignsFamiliarity with paid social, TikTok, Meta, Google, programmatic, and displayExperience at an agency (OMD or similar) a plusStrong understanding of creative specs, file formats, and campaign asset requirementsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and proactiveCritical thinker with a performance-driven mindsetBonusExperience across earned, owned, and paid social channels
