Key Responsibilities:Managing, executing, and optimizing digital media investment in Google, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and other emerging platformsDevelop the strategy of a highly effective media plan and KPI to create a campaign and business impactGenerate performance report for each media campaignConduct a weekly performance evaluation presentation to unlock improvements in every part of the campaignGreat communication, presentation skills, and data analyticsUses an understanding of commercial opportunities and marketing effectiveness measurements – especially how to link media metrics more closely with business outcomesOrchestrating cross-functional agency resources to achieve agency business targetQualifications:Highly experienced in Media Performance Optimization: You would already have a proven big media spending trusted to be handled by you: In this hiring process, we will be requesting your MEDIA PERFORMANCE results including budget spent, how you achieved your biggest media campaign challenge and your most successful campaignAt least 5 years of working experience in reputable Advertising, Media, and Digital Agencies as a Social Media Specialist or Media Planner or ImplementerBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldHave in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make a brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models including advanced digital marketing channelsA digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trendsA team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written and verbal Bahasa and EnglishStrong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, agency environment.Experienced in building, managing, and leading high-performing media teamsWilling to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
