Media planner

MISSIONWithin our Media Team based in Rome, we are looking for a Media Trainee who will report directly to the Media Senior Manager. He/She will support the development and implementation of Media Planning, actively participating in the optimal deployment of advertising investments across channels.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESParticipate in the execution of global media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsSupport the definition and implementation of global advertising plans (including Patrimony, OOH, Print, Digital, and Social) and media projectsAssist with media budget reporting, planning, and tracking filesAssist in the creation of strategic outputs and presentations for both local and international useCoordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution, including media buying, creative production, and performance trackingReport on the success of campaigns with clear recommendations for future initiativesCoordinate the delivery of creative assetsMaintain daily coordination with external stakeholders such as media agencies and media ownersWork in synergy with internal stakeholdersSupport and coordinate daily media requestsREQUIREMENTSMaster’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar fieldsProject management skills with the ability to manage different projects simultaneously Strong analytical and Excel skillsPrevious experience in managing media for the luxury sector will be considered a plusStrong communication skills and team spiritDetail-oriented, well-organized, and flexibleFluent in Italian and English
