We are seeking a visionary and impact-driven Media & PR Domain Global Director for our inVision Hub to create and manage a system for generating change-initiating impact content that combines the power of media and creative arts. This role will design and execute strategies to scout and acquire impactful content, foster partnerships with creators and artists, and lead distribution initiatives that ensure global coverage of 1B+ people through diverse platforms, including inDrive’s ecosystem, partner applications, TV, online cinemas, social platforms, and influencer networks.This role goes beyond traditional media; it embraces storytelling, public art, film, music, and cultural performances to inspire action, shift behaviors, and spark social dialogue. Impact content in this context is mission-driven and creativity-powered, designed to amplify messages that foster meaningful social and environmental change on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & DevelopmentDesign and implement a comprehensive impact content strategy, including systems for tracking viral and trend-setting content.Scout and acquire impactful films, videos, multimedia and creative art projects aligned with inDrive’s social mission.Lead co-production initiatives with filmmakers, digital creators, and cultural artists to produce innovative impact-driven campaignsCreative & Art-Based CampaignsIntegrate artistic interventions such as public art installations, music collaborations, and performance art into storytelling strategies to amplify messages and reach new audiences.Conceptualize cross-platform campaigns that blend media content with physical and cultural experiences, activating communities both online and offline.Content Distribution & AmplificationBuild a non-commercial global distribution network spanning multiple platforms (digital, OTT, broadcast, social media, cultural spaces and influencers).Partner with influencers, cultural institutions, and art communities to expand reach and drive engagement globally.Partnership DevelopmentEstablish high-value partnerships with influencers, media platforms, cultural organizations, and global NGOs to amplify storytelling impact.Collaborate with advocacy, other impact teams and local NGOs to align media efforts with systemic change initiatives.Audience & Market InsightsConduct market research and trend analysis to identify high-potential themes, topics, and content creators.Integrate audience analytics into decision-making to ensure resonance and measurable social outcomes.Project LeadershipOversee end-to-end execution of media projects, from concept to launch, ensuring quality, timeliness, and mission alignment.Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver world-class impact campaigns.Measurement & ReportingDefine KPIs for impact media performance and collaborate with analytics teams to track success, learn, and iterate.Produce impact reports and case studies showcasing results and learnings for internal and external stakeholders.Expected DeliverablesGlobal Impact Media & Art Strategy: A scalable framework for acquiring, producing, and distributing mission-driven creative content with measurable social impact goals.High-Impact Media Portfolio: Acquisition and distribution of leading impact films, videos, and campaigns across priority themes (e.g., climate, education, non-violence, equality).Global Distribution Network: Partnerships and agreements with streaming platforms, broadcasters, NGOs, and influencers to reach 1B+ people worldwide.Impact Measurement Dashboard: Data-driven reporting system to assess engagement, influence, and behavioral change outcomes.Core Competencies:Visionary Leadership: Ability to set bold directions for impact storytelling and inspire diverse stakeholders globally.Media Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of content ecosystems, production pipelines, and distribution strategies, including OTT, broadcast, and social platforms.Creative Innovation: Expertise in storytelling, public art, music, and performance as tools for social change.Impact Orientation: Strong understanding of mission-driven media and its role in driving cultural and behavioral change.Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proficient in using data and trend insights to guide content strategy and decision-making.Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at building trust-based partnerships across media, creative industries, NGOs, and tech platforms.Execution Excellence: Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.Cultural Fluency & Emotional Intelligence: Ability to navigate sensitive topics and diverse cultural contexts with empathy and impact.Conditions:Health insurance with oncology coverage and life insurance includedHybrid work mode and flexible scheduleThe possibility to work worldwide, provided all the necessary documents are in placeAccess to professional counseling services, including psychological, financial, and legal supportDiverse internal training programsPartially or fully paid additional training coursesAll necessary work equipmentFitness club membership discount
