Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Specialist based in Warsaw. The Media Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing media strategies, analyzing new media opportunities, conducting research, and coordinating marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and managing media plans, developing creative communication campaigns, and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Media Planning and New Media to design and execute impactful strategiesProficiency in Communication and Marketing to deliver clear, persuasive, and effective messagesExperience in Research for data-driven decision-making and strategy optimizationExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work on-site in a collaborative team environmentFamiliarity with analytics tools and marketing performance metrics is a plusBachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
