You work closely with clients, Client Leads, and our in-house specialists to ensure our campaigns are continuously optimized and deliver real business value.We believe a great Media Strategist is naturally curious and stays up to date with the latest trends, formats, and platforms. You're excited about the opportunity to guide others, supporting the growth of junior team members and helping clients understand the evolving role of media.You bring a holistic view of media planning and understand how different channels work together to meet client objectives. In your role, you’ll collaborate with Media Managers, Media Executives, and specialists across disciplines. You’ll also be responsible for crafting briefs to ensure we get the best possible output from our specialist teams.Skills And ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who’s passionate about media, strategy, and creating impact. You don’t have to tick every single box, but here are some things that might describe you:You follow trends in marketing, media, data, and technology — and you’re curious to keep learning.You enjoy working collaboratively and believe the best ideas come from diverse teams.You take a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving, always with the client’s goals in mind.You understand how different media channels work together to create results, and you’re comfortable connecting media strategy to KPIs and business outcomes.You’re hands-on when needed and have an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.You’re comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and like to take initiative.You value an international work culture and are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.Your Background Might IncludeAround 5 years of experience working with digital media strategy from agency side.A solid understanding of the digital media landscape, and ideally, experience across other media types too.Experience presenting ideas and recommendations to different stakeholders.A degree in marketing, economics, communications, or similar — or equivalent experience.Life At WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
