We’re looking for a Motion Designer who lives at the intersection of design, animation, and performance. In this role, you’ll bring static assets to life and design motion-first content that grabs attention, holds it, and drives results across paid channels like Meta, TikTok, and Snap. You’ll work closely with copywriters, video editors, and strategists to craft creatives that sell — fast.
With a sharp eye, a flair for style, and the chops to turn dull briefs into dazzling ads, You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, platform-native motion graphics—with a focus on social ads that blend smooth transitions, branded graphic devices, and rich gameplay animations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help push the creative bar higher for a variety of brands, and you’ll be expected to operate with both speed and style.
What You'll Be DoingCreate high-impact motion graphics and animations for paid ads, social content, landing pages, and video overlays for Meta, TikTok, Snap and more. Animate static assets (product images, UGC frames, text, etc. ) into performance-optimized creatives. Collaborate with creative and media teams to iterate on winning concepts, A/B versions, and rapid creative testing. Build and apply stylish branded graphics that bring consistency and identity to adsExperiment with new AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.
)Interpret and challenge uninspired briefs from the UA team with smarter creative anglesCollaborate with freelancers or editors when needed to scale deliveryEnsure assets meet performance standards for paid social ads (file size, platform specs, etc. )Maintain design consistency across formats, brands, and channels.
Stay on top of social platform trends and push visual boundaries within performance limitsWhat You'll Bring2+ years of motion design experience in a commercial or performance marketing settingMastery of After Effects and solid proficiency in Cinema 4D (or similar 3D suite)Strong portfolio showing sharp, stylistic motion graphics (especially social-first ads)Experience with typography, transitions, composition, and post effectsA high bar for polish and an obsession with detail, pacing, and flowComfortable incorporating AI tools into your workflow—bonus if you’ve used Runway or VeoAbility to self-manage, work fast, and adapt creatively when briefs are undercookedNice to have Experience in social casino, mobile gaming, or gambling adsAudio editing chops or interest in sound designFamiliarity with collaborative tools like Figma, Monday.
