We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and performance-optimized editing. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact ads and social-first content for paid channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. You know how to turn raw assets into scroll-stopping creative — and you love testing variations, hooks, and formats that convert. We’re looking for someone with flair, timing, and just the right amount of mischief. What You'll Be DoingEdit high-performing videos for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. ) with a focus on direct response and performance.
Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver videos aligned with campaign objectives. Craft compelling hooks, iterate on A/B versions, and reformat content for multiple placements and audiences.
Edit influencer livestreams and UGC content into 15–30 second ads for paid social and digital channelsSelect music, punchy cuts, and transitions that maximize engagement and retentionIncorporate basic motion graphics when needed (titles, pop-ups, CTA overlays)Ensure all content is formatted, rendered, and delivered to spec for each platformWork with creative briefs (even the bland ones) and bring your flavor to the editUse AI tools like Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Kling to enhance workflow or add creative elementsCollaborate closely with the creative director and freelance resources to meet deadlinesMaintain organized file structures and naming conventions across projects.
