Our Swiss affiliate, located in Fribourg, is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager for a newly established role within the existing Brand Team focused on key products within our Respiratory portfolio. As part of a dedicated team of five and reporting to the Medical Affairs Team Lead, you will support the Respiratory Brand Team in medical affairs tasks. A key aspect of the role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with General Practitioners (GPs) mainly.Your Main Responsibilities Are As FollowsBuild and maintain relationships with HCPs in the respiratory areaOrganize and attend peer-to-peer lunch meetings, roundtable discussions and support the organization of national symposiaProvide accurate product information and scientific documentation, and respond promptly to medico-scientific inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, patients, etc.)Support the Marketing and Sales departments with scientific expertise, including the validation of promotional materialsCommunicate relevant scientific insights from field interactions to local medical teams, contributing to the integration of real-world expertiseProvide quarterly newsletters to relevant stakeholdersWork together with the Brand Team to conduct internal training while ensuring full compliance with the regulationsContribute to pharmacovigilance by assisting with the transmission and processing of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs)Support the Medical Affairs Lead on strategy developmentPlease note that this a field-based position requiring approximatively 20% presence at our office in Villars-sur-Glâne.To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:Scientific or Medical education (MSc required, PhD preferred)Ideally a first experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison or researchKnowledge of the Swiss medical environment is a plusExperience in planning and delivering medical trainings an assetGerman as mother tongue with fluency in French. Good command in English is an assetAvailable to travel nationwideYou describe yourself as a team player who enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced, hands-on and flexible environment. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, which allow you to interact efficiently with various stakeholders, to develop strong and trustful relationships with GPs, and to deliver training and presentations.
