Full-Time – WollongongMovement Therapy is a growing transdisciplinary health team focused on moving communities towards health optimisation.We aim to create a healthcare system driven by preventive practices and individual outcomes. We believe health professionals should work collaboratively toward shared patient goals, using the resources they need to succeed.We offer Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, and Exercise Physiology across the Wollongong and Picton regions. However, experience in the following is a bonus:Allied health or medical administrationFamiliarity with Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and NDISExperience using Cliniko or NookalWhether you’re experienced or simply willing to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you.Salary & Leave$70,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and demonstrated capabilityIncludes five weeks of annual leaveKey Responsibilities (Depending on Experience)As part of our administrative team, your responsibilities will grow over time depending on your experience, capability, and initiative. We hire with the intention to develop team members across multiple areas, including leadership and practice operations.Some of the responsibilities you may take on (or grow into) include:Reception & Patient SupportGreeting patients, answering phone and email enquiriesScheduling appointments and processing paymentsManaging patient bookings, cancellations, DNAs and new enquiriesProviding exceptional service across all patient types (private, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS)Systems & Daily OperationsManaging clinic software (e.g. Cliniko, HICAPS, Asana)Opening and closing clinic, stock coordination, general maintenanceKeeping the clinic clean, professional, and welcomingCommunication & Customer ExperienceCreating a warm, calm and engaging front-desk presenceFollowing up on feedback, addressing patient concerns, and contributing to customer retention strategiesHelping new patients feel at ease and promoting clinic services confidentlyDomain Ownership & Self-GovernanceOwning and improving specific admin “Domains” (areas of responsibility)Managing quarterly goals and contributing to business-wide initiativesCollaborating in a self-managed, flat-level structure that encourages initiative and leadership from all levelsGrowth Opportunities (As You Progress)Depending On Your Level, You May AlsoContribute to mentoring junior staffSupport with recruitment and onboardingManage more complex Domains (e.g. finance, rostering, education systems)Help identify and implement process improvements across the businessLead proposals, meetings, and team projectsStep into Practice Manager-level responsibilities as you growYou won’t be expected to take on all of these from day one.
