Job Description Promoting products’ details to clients before signing, ensuring the requested service is available, collecting all required documents and data, and confirming payment completion.Building positive relationships through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.Closing B2B contracts with the potential clients.Verifying and matching all data for accuracy and following required procedures during contract signing.Receiving customer complaints, handling them positively, attempting to resolve all issues, and escalating to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.Submitting daily sales and client visits’ reports to the sector manager on the sales force system.Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve client issues and ensure medical worker handover.Following up on requests submitted by the call center and follow up with these leads.Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the full official uniform.Complying with procedures as outlined in the department’s procedural manual.Education : BCs of Pharmacy or Science.Experience : 1-2 years total experience in medical and pharmaceutical promotion is preferred.License : Having a driving license is a must.Residence area : Western area is a must.Coverage area : Western + Southern Areas.Willing to travel and cover remote areas.
