What are we looking forThe Kusnacht Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for our clients, both internally and with external medical partners. You will ensure that all arrangements are carefully aligned across clinics, hospitals, and specialists, while maintaining clear and respectful communication with all parties involved.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal and external medical appointments for clients, working closely with partner hospitals, clinics, and external physiciansLiaise with internal teams, external consultants, and medical partners to ensure seamless service deliveryPrepare cost estimations, manage medical invoices (AP/AR), and collaborate with Finance on timely payments and reportingAccompany clients to external medical appointments when requiredSupport daily medical centre operations, including therapy activities such as HBOT, infrared sauna, and cryotherapyMaintain documentation and filing of medical reports, invoices, and treatment-related informationContribute to quality management activities, including audits, inspections, and process improvements (QM qualification is a strong asset)Assist the Director of Clinical Operations, Quality & Compliance with operational tasks, including team scheduling, on-call coordination, and medical device maintenance trackingYou are/haveBackground as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or equivalent medical-administrative training, ideally with experience in a clinic or hospital environmentFluent in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plusProven experience in appointment coordination, client-focused medical administration, and handling sensitive information with discretionStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with electronic data processing systems, including MS Office and web-based applicationsProfessional, collaborative, and solution-oriented communication styleStructured, proactive, and reliable work ethic with a high sense of accountabilityFlexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with Saturday shifts required occasionally as part of a rotating schedule within a standard five-day workweekMust-haves: A Swiss driver’s license and eligibility to work in SwitzerlandWhat we offerWe offer a supportive and international working environment, where you will collaborate closely with both medical and administrative teams.
