The individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care, facilitating communication between patients and medical staff, and ensuring the use of accurate medical terminology. Duties include supporting customer service operations, maintaining patient records, and ensuring streamlined processes to enhance overall healthcare delivery. No prior experience is required as training will be provided for this role.
