Position: Medical Customer Care RepresentativeLocation: DubaiSalary Range: AED 7,000 – 8,000 Shift: Rotational, including night shifts and rotational days offExperience:2–3 years in TPA, nursing, pharmacy, or medical customer careBackground in TPA companies or insurance brokers is acceptableIndustry Knowledge:Medical insurance, TPA processesUnderstanding of healthcare systems and customer serviceMedical call center / contact center experience preferredSkills:Good communication skillsBasic computer knowledgeStrong understanding of medical customer service workflowsWorking Hours:Rotational shifts (including night shifts)RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
