MUST HAVE TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN MEDICAL SALES AND LIVE WITHIN THE M25BIG EARNING AND CAREER POTENTIAL FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEJob Title: Business Development Manager - Patient MonitoringTerritory: London (Must Live within M25)Salary: £50-65K (ish) + 30K ++ commission, car/allowance, pension, healthcare, holidayAbout the RoleThe Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of all products within the assigned territory, focusing on converting accounts to utilise their advanced technologies in a highly competitive market.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales of all patient monitoring products in assigned territoryPlan and execute strategies to convert accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of products in a high-competitive marketResponsible for account sales, including qualification, demonstration, and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning the company's technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systemsAbility to make product demonstrations and negotiations both with clinicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.)Partner with appropriate distributors and OEM sales personnel in planning and executing sales strategies to convert accountsProvide information to upper management including market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirementsParticipate in hospital bid tendersMaintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, and in-service end-usersProvide regular sales forecasts to upper managementManage expense budget for all required activitiesQualificationsBachelors Degree or similar level of educationRequired SkillsProven track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals and the ability to communicate value-based solutionsThree or more years of Medical Device Sales experience.
