You'll work closely with external partners and internal teams to discover unmet medical needs, acting boldly to transform science and accelerate "better outcomes for more patients faster."Join our self-managed team of peers to make a significant impact on healthcare systems.The OpportunityDevelop and cultivate strategic relationships with therapeutic area experts and other healthcare influencers.Translate insights into strategic, actionable recommendations for a broad range of stakeholders.Advise on and lead strategic planning, driving outcomes while considering patient needs, regulatory, and market access considerations.Generate and communicate medical evidence to help practitioners, patients, and payers make informed healthcare decisions.Optimize clinical development throughout the product lifecycle to bring better treatment to patients.Initiate and implement medical or innovative projects, such as compassionate use programs or digital solutions, to address access needs.Work in a self-managed team of peers, acting as a coach or mentor with a VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyze, Coach) mindset.Internalize the network way of working through transparent sharing of knowledge and resources to improve effectiveness and impact.Who You AreYou have a background or equivalent experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of the healthcare, medical, or scientific fieldsYou have the demonstrated ability to manage complex problems and find practical solutionsYou are business-proficient in English, allowing you to engage fluently in technical and strategic conversationsYou are an enterprise thinker, self-managed, bold, and eager to learnYou are comfortable embracing and implementing agile ways of working and leveraging digital means and toolsPreferredYou have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong partnering capabilities, including the ability to listen deeply and communicate smoothlyYou possess a growth mindset, are able to learn and unlearn quickly, and contribute to the learning cycle by sharing knowledgeWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
