Medical Laboratory Assistant : Virology

Mediplacements is currently seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant for an ongoing locum role with our client located in Surrey.The pay for this position is GBP13.68 per hour and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible working full:time.: Monday to Friday (full time): 09:00 to 17:00: Band 3Skills/Experience RequiredTo assist with the National EDBBV screening project and study. Virology/Pathology MLA experience would be an advantage.The duties of this position include all tasks related to a Medical Laboratory Assistant. These may include, but are not limited to, preparing samples for testing, performing basic laboratory procedures, and assisting with the maintenance of laboratory equipment.Professional registration or qualifications are not required for this position, however, experience in a similar role is preferred.When you work with Mediplacements, you will have access to a range of benefits that will support you in your role.
