Job Title: Medical Manager Location: Mansoura, EgyptOur client, a reputable medical center in Mansoura, is seeking a Medical Manager to lead and oversee its medical operations and ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery.Responsibilities:Oversee all medical and clinical activities across the center.Lead and supervise medical, nursing, and allied health teams.Ensure compliance with healthcare quality, safety, and accreditation standards.Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to enhance service quality.Collaborate with department heads and management on strategic and operational plans.Requirements:Proven experience in medical administration within a hospital or well-established medical center.Strong leadership and team management skills.Preferably a Medical Doctor or a related medical specialty.Resident or willing to reside in Mansoura.
