Unlocking the full potential of life.Job PurposeKey ResponsibilitiesProviding dialogue with KOL (opinion leader)Participating in product development stages (collaboration with business development)Ensuring information exchange between physicians and Recordati through field visitsConducting joint projects with Recordati GlobalProvide medical product trainings and prepare training materialsProviding medical training activities for sales force; preparing and reviewing all visual materials and training manualsDevelop the necessary medical strategies for all products to achieve their budgeted sales and market share goalsProviding medical guidance to regulatory, marketing and clinical research teamsProviding scientific support to the marketing teamSearching for new data, literature to provide updated medical data for medico-marketing activitiesParticipating scientific congresses, symposia, trainings and representing the companyMake presentations on products at Doctors’ / Pharmacists’ group activitiesRequired EducationRequired Skills and ExperienceHaving a university degree in medicine (MD)Deliver strong teamworkExcellent communication and presentation skillsKeeping up with national and international developments in the sectorCompetency in keeping up with scientific publications, reading and evaluating thereofHigh presentation and communication skills, organizational and planningskillsAnalytical thinking, result oriented, quality focused and efficient way of work, open to growthGood command of written and spoken EnglishProficiency in MS Office applicationsNo restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving licenseTechnical CompetenciesRequired LanguagesRequired Behaviours and CompetenciesTravel required in %At Recordati we believe in people!
