At North Toronto Surgical, we strive to uphold the core values that define our practice and commitment to health and wellness.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join a specialist vein clinic focused on minimally invasive procedures, to manage reception, bookings, and procedure-related sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within a busy medical practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient service.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a medical, dental, or allied health office (front desk or coordinator).Minimum 1 year experience in sales or patient conversion (health, dental, aesthetics, or similar).Strong comfort with phones, scheduling systems, and EMR-style software.Excellent spoken and written English; professional, clear communication style.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and follow through without close supervision.Experience in a vein, surgical, dermatology, or aesthetics clinic.Previous EMR experience.Additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Korean) are an asset.What We OfferCompetitive salary: C$50,000–C$55,000 per year, based on experience and skills.Opportunity to join a new clinic from the ground up, with substantial room for responsibility and growth.Direct collaboration with a specialist-led team focused on venous disease and minimally invasive procedures.Ongoing training and development in both medical procedures and ethical medical sales.This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively while providing exceptional support within our medical practice.
