Job Description

Epic Ambulatory AnalystSupports and optimizes Epic Ambulatory workflows for outpatient and specialty care. Provides operational support, resolves issues, and implements enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage support tickets and troubleshoot application issues.Monitor integrations with related Epic modules.Gather requirements and configure workflow improvements.Participate in upgrades and testing.Optimize clinical documentation tools. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).Epic Ambulatory Certification.4–8 years of Epic Ambulatory or outpatient support experience.Knowledge of ambulatory workflows and related Epic modules.
