The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists, and achieving sales targets to drive the growth of our brand in the region.Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.Educate healthcare professionals about the features, benefits, and proper usage of our products.Identify and develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.Requirements: Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.A Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences is preferred.Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
