If so, this Sales role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.As a Medical Representative, you will develop the business sales plan for individual customers to grow the business and set appropriate short-term objectives for customer calls. You will also work to achieve long term goals and execute territory business plans for the product mix to achieve and surpass sales objectives in the selected division.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Scientific Knowledge Continuously builds knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies and leverages that knowledge with customers in informing on prescribing behaviorsUnderstands GSK and competitor’s brands features and benefits and applies knowledge effectively in their PFSS and multi-channel selling approachBuilds a comprehensive disease and pathology knowledge and leverages it with customers to support decision makingHas strong understanding of treatment guidelines and patient profiles and leverages them to build credibility with customersBusiness Planning Uses multiple data sources to analyse and review territory performance dynamics (including competitor performance) identifying territory trends and opportunities for GSKBuilds territory insights that capture opportunities and drive decision making, including the selection and prioritization of customer targets and the development of robust territory coverage call plansDevelop, based on customer insights, multi-channel business plans with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, strategies and tactical activities that deliver business objectivesImplements multi-channel business plans, uses KPIs to track performance and adjust plans where requiredWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related science field.A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing field sales or territory management role within the pharmaceutical industry.Familiarity and experience working in northern Thailand, particularly in the following provinces: Chiang Mai, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Phichit, Phetchabun, and Lampang.Valid driver’s licenseExperience with Word, Excel, and Power PointPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Ability to interpret scientific research studies, and in-depth knowledge of data analysis techniquesStrong listening skills to help strategically engage and influence health care professionalsAbility to lead sessions with large groupsHigh learning agility and strong business acumenBilingualism is a strong assetHigh sense of initiative with a passionate, entrepreneurial spiritWhy GSK?Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.GSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
