Scope of ResponsibilitiesSalesPlan and visit your customers dailyPrepare the visits to have a successful full sales and good marketing campaign implementationIncrease sell in and sell outTake purchase orders from customersFollow the sales performance of your customers.Make sure that our customers respect our policiesImplement the sales support provided by the company (promotion, samples, combo…)Look and find new customersIncrease the visibility of the brandDevelop the sales and advises on the medical SKU to develop the brand imageTo propose new actions to develop our salesCustomer’s RelationshipBuilding and maintaining good business relationships with customersScheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other customers to promote company medications.Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing onesOrganize conferences, Group events, Make presentations to doctors, practice staff, and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacistsDistribute samples, information to practitionersProvide after-sales serviceTrainingKeep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company,Participate in the company's training courses and testMerchandisingFollow and implement our planogram and merchandising policy at each visitMake sure that the presentation of the products are respectedSet display to increase the visibility in storesSet merchandising tools produced by marketing departments in-store (wobbler, shelf, display…)Change tester and samples if necessaryMarket informationCollect all the information from customers: the habit of using products, operation, requirementsKeep detailed records of all contactsResearching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.
