Medical Sales Executive

Synapse Laboratory is a medical laboratory with a strategic focus on the development and implementation of reference technologies, providing unique products and solutions that can better the nature of conventional healthcare services.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to the company.To promote laboratory tests/services to clinicians/hospitals/medical centers and todevelop new key accounts with proper follow-up of sales opportunities.To assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.To assist in developing marketing and promotional materials.To plan and organize events such as clinical presentations or CME talks to promote and create awareness on the specialized laboratory tests/services.To manage existing clients and handle any feedback/complaint(s) to ensure long-term partnership and client’ satisfaction.To work closely with the operations (laboratory) team to provide high quality and reliable services that meet the client’s needs.To identify requirements for new products/services to anticipate and potentially leadthe market.Requirements:Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any discipline relevant to health sciences. Candidates from marketing or affiliated fields with relevant backgrounds or interests in the healthcare industry are also encouraged to apply.At least 1 year of working experience in the healthcare or healthcare-related industry.Candidate with Genomics and/or Oncology testing experience in sales/marketing willbe an added advantage.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel across Klang Valley & South Region.Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
