At Hovid, we are seeking high‑calibre individuals to join our team in a dual‑track opportunity: you may begin as a Medical Sales Representative and rapidly progress into a Sales Manager role, or you may join straightaway as Manager if you meet the criteria.What You Will DoRepresent Hovid in your assigned territory, building strong relationships with decision-makers - ensuring our full pharmaceutical portfolio is actively promoted, contracted, supplied and visible.Manage contracts with chain pharmacies: negotiate, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, drive product listing, promotional activities and trade marketing efforts.Analyse territory performance data and competitor activity, identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.For the Sales Manager: Lead a team of sales representatives, set targets, coach, monitor performance and implement territory strategy across multiple zones.Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, regulatory and operations to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.Who You AreComfortable working in field‑based roles, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to analyse market/territory data, develop strategies and execute effectively.Applicants with proven experience in chain pharmacy management and contract negotiation will be considered for the role in key account sales.For the Manager role, applicants who previously team‑lead or management experience is preferred.A tertiary qualification in business, pharmacy, life sciences or related discipline is an advantage.Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within assigned territory.What We OfferAn attractive incentive scheme aligned to performance.
