Medical Sales Representative

Pharmazone is dedicated to shaping the future of pharmaceutical excellence and promoting healthier lives in the community.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell dermatological products to dermatologists and general practitioners, ensuring a strong market presence.Product Education: Provide comprehensive information on product benefits, proper usage, and clinical advantages to healthcare professionals.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the dermatology field.Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and drive business growth.Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper understanding and usage of products.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team, providing valuable market feedback and performance analysis.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.Experience:Previous experience 1 - 2 in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in dermatology or a related field.Knowledge:Strong understanding of dermatological products and the healthcare industry.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and negotiation abilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.Fluent in Arabic & English.Have Kuwaiti Driving License & Car
