With a mid-size structure and international presence, it combines agility with scientific excellence to deliver meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals worldwideDescription Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with global objectives.Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient groups, and decision-makers to share scientific insights and gather feedback.Act as a medical expert across internal teams, contributing to strategic discussions and providing training on disease areas and products.Support research initiatives, including real-world data and investigator-led studies, and contribute to scientific publications.Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities, and support business decisions through client engagement and account strategies.Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and promote a culture of transparency, accuracy, and scientific integrity. Profile Minimum of 2-3 years in medical affairs or pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in rare diseases or speciality care.Proven ability to build scientific peer-to-peer relationships with external experts.In-depth understanding of the Portuguese healthcare ecosystem.Solid grasp of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.Possesses an advanced degree in Life Sciences, with additional qualifications in pharmaceutical or business studies.Proficient in Portuguese and English, with Spanish regarded as an additional advantage.
