Summary:Support and execute the digital transformation initiatives related to medical insurance softwaresystems. The Specialist works closely with business units and IT teams to analyse, design, andimplement innovative solutions that optimise medical insurance processes, improve operationalefficiency, and enhance the customer experience.Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the analysis and documentation of medical insurance business processes,workflows, and software requirements. Collaborate with transformation leads, developers, and business stakeholders to designand implement software solutions for medical insurance products. Support the development and testing of new functionalities and system enhancements toensure alignment with business and regulatory needs. Participate in the configuration, deployment, and optimisation of medical insurancesoftware systems. Identify process improvement opportunities within medical insurance operations throughtechnology solutions. Conduct quality assurance, audits, and validation of medical insurance software tomaintain high standards of performance and compliance. Provide training and support to end-users and business units during and after softwareimplementation. Monitor key performance metrics related to medical insurance software usage andtransformation outcomes. Assist in managing vendor relationships and integration with third-party technologyproviders.Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.Job Title:Medical SoftwareTransformation Specialist Reports To:Medical Software TransformationTeam LeadDivision: Software Development Operating Unit: Information TechnologyJob Description2 | P a g e 1-3 in software analysis, development, or transformation projects, preferably ininsurance or financial services. Knowledge of medical insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policyadministration processes is a strong advantage. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, andtransformation initiatives. Basic understanding of regulatory requirements impacting medical insurance.
