As part of the brand and team development, Caudalie is recruiting a Medical Visitor based in Athens.As a true Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for developing prescriptions in your area and promoting the company to doctors, dermatologists, and other medical professionals in the region. You will report directly to the Country Manager.YOUR MISSIONSYou will ensure commercial follow-up with healthcare professionals. You will plan regular visits to understand the needs of specialists and respond to their questions. You will act as the link between the medical community and Caudalie laboratories, and report pharmacovigilance information to your management. You will also attend scientific events to build new relationships within the medical sector.You are an expert: you have in-depth knowledge of our formulas, products, and competitive environment. You will promote, inform, and advise healthcare professionals—particularly dermatologists and aesthetic doctors—about our products.You will boost sales by implementing tailored sell-out plans for each medical specialist and by leveraging all marketing tools available to you. During each visit, you will work on brand visibility and present new launches.YOUR PROFILEYou have significant experience (minimum 5 years) in medical sales and have held similar roles in other dermo-cosmetic laboratories.You possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial acumen, and a high level of perseverance.You have a genuine interest in cosmetics and a solid understanding of the pharmacy/parapharmacy environment and dermo-cosmetic brands.You are autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized.A valid category B driving license is required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONContract type : PermanentWeekly travel within your region is expected.Target start date : 1/1/2026Benefits: company car, competitive salary, performance-based bonus, private insurance
