This crucial role involves overseeing medication administration and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for residents. Our awards include: Great Place To Work, Best of Senior Living Award, Innovative Programming in Senior Living.RequirementsRequirements--Medication Management NurseRequired: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.Required: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (focus on medication management preferred).Required: Strong understanding of pharmacology, medication administration, and drug interactions.Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Required: Proficiency in electronic medication administration records (eMAR) systems.Preferred Qualifications--Medication Management NursePrefer: Experience in personal care, long-term care, hospice, or home health settings.Prefer: Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines related to medication management.Prefer: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.To learn more about this exciting opportunity, apply today!Legend Senior Living is a drug free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion.
