Position OverviewThe Head of Marketing is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all MedicinesRus Chemist pharmacy locations. This role leads the centralized marketing function that creates compelling marketing strategies across all distribution channels, builds brand recognition, manages customer data and loyalty programs, designs effective merchandising, and generates measurable traffic and sales growth while maintaining brand consistency and managing customer engagement performance measures.
