MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe Learning and development Facilitator ensures competence within the legislative environment and Mediclinic Southern Africa strategy as aligned with the HR Service Delivery Model. The facilitator manages and reports on employee development, including student learning, in a structured manner. Professional Nurse qualification, and Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education OR 3 years’ experience as a Clinical FacilitatorDesired EducationN/ARequired ExperienceESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse in a hospital environment. At least 2 years in a Clinical Facilitator or Nurse Educator role. Desired ExperienceN/ARequired Job Skills And KnowledgeAdult Learning Principles applied to the facilitation of learningEducation, training and relevant healthcare-related legislation and its application within the learning and development environment; HWSETA and SANC requirements, including but not limited to those proposed by AHA & HPCSA.
