We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Manager who has experience with licenses and regulated markets and works with brands directly. We are looking for SEO Managers who are either native speakers or have professional experience in one of the following markets: Denmark, Sweden, Mexico, the United States, Spain, or Romania. Location: Sweden - remote. Warsaw, Belgrade, Limassol, Valencia, Sofia, New Jersey - onsite. Copenhagen(hybrid). Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectivesContinuously refine approaches based on performance insights, competitor analysis, and market trendsOversee technical SEO elements, including Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, rendering solutions, and site architectureCollaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of technical SEO best practicesTrack and evaluate key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, etc)Provide data-backed insights to drive ongoing improvements in organic performanceDevelop comprehensive reports to keep stakeholders informed of SEO progress, challenges, and opportunitiesPresent performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goalsStay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on our strategiesDrive innovation and experimentation to maintain competitive advantage in organic searchRequirements:
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record in technical SEO and data-driven strategy3+ years of iGaming experience with brands is a mustDeep understanding of SPA optimization, site architecture, and rendering solutionsProficiency in resolving technical SEO issues to improve search engine visibilityStrong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platformsSkilled in creating insight-focused reports for stakeholdersCapable of translating complex data into clear strategic recommendationsDemonstrated success in driving and sustaining generic keyword rankingsTrack record of elevating organic traffic through targeted SEO initiativesAwareness of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging toolsCreative and results-oriented approach to tackling challengesAbility to adapt and refine tactics
