Medior Business Analyst

Analytix Consulting provides consulting and project implementation services to the Banking and Financial industry since 1997. We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst to join our project team.Responsibilities·  Transform business requirements into functional specifications·  Plan, prepare and manage testing processes to ensure high product quality·  Communicate project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form·  Manage project dependencies and capacitiesCandidate Profile· Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields· 4+ years of experience in a Financial Services organization or Software Provider· Experience across all project phases (fit/gap, design, implementation, test, rollout, production support)· Ability to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria·  Ability to analyze tasks and break them down into coherent features·  Effective time management and organizational abilities·  Experience in working with cross-functional, multinational teams ·  Analytical and problem-solving skills·  Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and EnglishNice to Have·  Master’s Degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or other related fields·  Knowledge and experience in business modelling, requirements management and testing tools·  Experience in Debt Management and/or Loans ManagementWhat we offer·  Competitive Salary & Bonus·  Fully funded Training & Professional Qualifications·   Health Insurance Program·   Performance based assessment
