Please visit www. medit. com to find out more about our vision. About the Role: The Growth Marketing & Automation Lead will play a central role in building MEDIT’s next-generation growth engine.

Based in Seoul, South Korea, this role requires a hands-on marketer with both strategic thinking and executional capability. You’ll work across digital marketing, content, automation, CRM, and analytics — developing scalable systems that accelerate global growth. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact at a fast-growing global tech company, own and build key systems from day one, and grow into a leadership role as the team expands. As part of MEDIT’s new Growth Marketing Team, this role is ideal for someone who is creative, collaborative, and ready to shape systems that scale across international markets. Key Responsibilities:

· Execute growth-focused digital marketing campaigns (SEO, performance, web, paid & organic)· Manage content and owned channels including email, social, blog, YouTube, and newsletters· Own and optimize the corporate website (WordPress), including plugins, landing pages, and collaboration with designers and content creators· Develop CRM and automation strategies including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and smart workflows· Analyze performance metrics, contribute to building dashboards and attribution models, and drive experimentation· Work cross-functionally with global teams including marketing, design, sales, and product· Help define and scale repeatable systems for global market expansionMinimum Qualifications:

· Experience in marketing or communication projects in a company, agency, or startup environment· Familiarity with WordPress or no-code tools and experience working with content/design teams· Basic understanding or willingness to learn tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, or email marketing platforms· Strong collaboration skills and an independent, proactive working style· Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)· Based in Seoul or able to work in a hybrid environmentPreferred Qualifications:
