The Remote Sales Representative Cardiac Rhythm Management is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. In this position, you are expected to be located in Bucharest, Romania. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Remotely sells Medtronic's products within an assigned customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate. Provides input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies. Partner with the commercial team in order to promote education of the company's products and/or services when appropriate. Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems. Actively reaches out and communicate with customers on new products, current campaigns to generate new interest, leads and sales (actively identifies new sales opportunities, new customer segments).
Collaborates with field sales representatives on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up. Required Knowledge and Experience: 4+ years of sales experience strongly preferredUniversity DegreeLocal language at native level Fluent English both in speaking and writing (spoken/written to communicate with regional MDT community)Experience in digital tools and systems use, familiar with online meetings set-up and running, digital content sharing, social media. Knowledgeable and experienced in CRM systems use and value – preferably SFDC.
