We are currently hiring a salesperson to support the Patient Monitoring & Airway team covering Busan & Kyungnam areas.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Patient Monitoring & Airway products assigned and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales target in territoryPick up product knowledge, information, and intervention procedures to be a specialist in areaLaunch products to target customers through sales promotion and activityOrganize product training for physicians & technicians in hospital to deliver accurate usage of productsProvide qualified service to teaching hospitals through organizing programFocus on key products and new products aligned with the strategy of companyInstant and accurate reporting about product complaints complying with company policyReport market situation and competitor activity to upper level with accuracyHarmonize with staffs of distributor through effective communication to develop in-charge territoryLearn and memorize company mission and value for executionRequired Knowledge and Experience:

Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses3 – 7 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industryExcellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languagesComputer and MS Office proficientActive driver’s licenseDemonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results deliveryIndustry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plusPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
