We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) team covering the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas.

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor in Korea, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling TAVI products assigned and representing the company in accordance with its policies in the area assigned. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives through cutting-edge heart valve therapies. The TAVI team are well established and work well as a team, we are excited to bring someone in with a team first mentality to continue our strong culture of collaboration.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s mission, corporate strategies, and Code of ConductSupport TAVI case preparation and coverage in Cath-lab or Hybrid ORPromote and sell Medtronic’s TAVI solutions in assigned territory to meet/exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, cath-lab staff, and hospital administratorsProvide product training and education to healthcare professionalsMaintain a high level of technical and clinical knowledge of TAVI procedures and productsImplement market development plans and identify growth opportunities in the regionRequired Knowledge and Experience:

Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses0 – 2 years of experience in the medical devices or healthcare industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English languagesComputer and MS Office proficientValid driver’s licenseStrong team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to learnAbility to travel across assigned territory as neededRelevant Industry / clinical experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plusPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
