Coordinate the recruitment and HR support activities for our store & logistics network;Build and implement recruitment strategies and action plans for your team;Monitor and improve processes like selection, hiring and onboarding for operational roles;Offer HR support on the ground: gather feedback from teams and managers, help improve integration and retention;Identify challenges in specific locations and propose smart, people-focused solutions;Support the implementation of HR initiatives for development and engagement;Lead, organize and coach your team to perform and grow. 👀 What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in social sciences or HR-related fields);3–5 years of experience in recruitment or operational HR (retail/logistics a plus);Strong leadership, planning and communication skills;Understanding of labor law and/or HR processes;MS Office skills and adaptability to internal tools;A proactive, people-first mindset with focus on solutions and results;Willingness to travel and stay connected with teams in the field.
