Gather business and stakeholder requirements — from end-users to delivery teams;Proactively propose new or improved requirements to meet strategic objectives;Collaborate on prioritization with stakeholders and co-create a roadmap to deliver value;Define and document detailed requirements for Agile delivery teams, ensuring incremental value;Measure and analyze value delivered, aligned with team goals and Agile best practices;Work closely with Agile teams, fellow Product Owners, and business partners to align product delivery;Identify and help remove blockers to ensure team success;Own the product vision, roadmap, planning, and growth opportunities;Keep product plans and calendars updated and use them as a strategic communication tool;Partner with the Scrum Master to manage team capacity and ensure Agile practices are respected;Manage backlog, iterations, and end-user action plans;Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders when challenges arise.
What we’re looking for: ✅ Bachelor’s degree;✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Owner role;✅ Strong English skills (advanced level);✅ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;✅ Ability to think clearly and understand complex processes quickly;✅ A digital mindset and passion for innovation.
