Design and implement marketing collateral such as sales kit, brochures, posters, invites, etc. Coordinate with printing press suppliers and ensure quality and time frame of deadline is metTake direction from the Marketing Manager/ Marketing Head on designs of digital marketing requirements like e-mail blasts, interactive presentations, etc. Create design requirements for Training and Documentations department as neededEnsure brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelinesExecute logistics concerns during marketing eventsAccommodate design requirements and requests of the Sales DivisionsHandle booth layout, design for exhibits, and showroomLiaise with the Corporate Communications group regarding print ads, print requirements, etc.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeMinimum QualificationsMust possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or equivalentPreferably with six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in graphic design or multimedia designStrong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and multimedia projectsMust be proficient in Design Composition, Graphic Design, Video Rendering, and use of different platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and the likeMust be detail-oriented and has creative thinking skillsMust have the ability to multi-task effectively Must be flexible, highly motivated, and committedMust be a team player who can work with minimal supervision
