Screen, interviews and evaluates applicants for the sales agent position. Assisting new employees with enrollment procedures. Responsible for obtaining, recording and interpreting human resources information within the company. Submit documentation requirements (Sales Agency Contract, appointment letter, allowance memo and hiring memo) for new hire and active agents to the Human Resource Section to facilitate payroll requirements. Organize the filing system of the 201 files of the sales personnel. Maintains database of employee records as well as the sales personnel. Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information. Handle and resolve all HR and payroll concerns for the sales agents.
Training and delivering training courses for the sales team. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Minimum QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Amenable to work in BGCFull-Time position(s) available.
