Job Description

REQ12988 Assistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-Gaming Credit (Open)Position SummaryAssistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-gaming Credit is responsible toHandle accounts receivable related matters for hotel, F&B, entertainment and mall tenants for Macau propertiesCheck all accounts receivable transactions and ensure correct data is entered into the systemsFollow up the payment from payment vendors and customers in timely mannerPrimary ResponsibilitiesEnsure all credit card and QR code transactions related to all non-gaming operations are properly audited, booked and reconciled to bank payment advice and systemsDaily posting of receipts from payment vendors and debtors into systemsPreparation of supporting documents for invoices to debtorsFollow up outstanding invoices to mall tenants, travel agents and companiesReconciliation of balance sheet accountsProper filing of documentsAttend to enquiries from customers and internal departmentsAssist Manager and Supervisor for any ad hoc reportingKey Performance IndicatorsAble to meet timelines set by superiorsAble to handle issues independently and accuratelyAble to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external partiesQualificationsExperienceExperience in integrated resort accounting department is preferred but not necessaryExperience with a computerized system is a mustEducationAppropriate tertiary qualification, majoring in Accounting/FinanceSkills / CompetenciesGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseGood in using Excel and other MS office toolsDisplays a high commitment to improve customer serviceSelf motivation to achieve business objectives and common goalsWork as a team member
