Job Description

REQ13117 Assistant Director, Supply Chain (Open Date: 11/08/2025)Position SummaryAssistant Director, Supply Chain is responsible for developing, planning, executing and maintaining all sourcing initiatives for the supply chain functions focusing on procurement of products and services in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures. This position is required to collaborate closely with other Business Units across all properties including City of Dreams, Studio City, Altira and Mocha Clubs in Macau and other Melco properties located overseas. Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, execute and manage strategic sourcing initiatives for the Supply Chain functions and its related services.

Develop competitive analysis to ensure the purchases of products and services are procured and executed within the approved budget and project timeline. Identify needs, opportunities, potential vendors, solicit and review bids, negotiate and award contracts in conjunction with business units. Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of agreements. Lead the negotiation for key projects and spearhead robust RFPs to secure optimum terms for assigned categories with suppliers. Consult with Legal and key stakeholders for the agreements and resolve any problems prior to contract execution and contract management.

Manage routine correspondences and ensure verbal and written communications are accurate, detailed and concise. Be a Strategic Partner to key stakeholders and collaborate with them to ensure the project milestones and goals are met, products are delivered on schedule and adhered to the approved budget. Consistently develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with team members and business units and ensuring a positive approach to work whilst providing assistance to the broader Supply Chain team and key users as needed.

Provide guidance and ensure the team and business units comply with Supply Chain policies and procedures and company’s rules and regulations. Assist the business in handling new development opportunities both within and outside of Macau. Support overseas projects as assigned and must be prepared to travel and based on overseas property on a short-term basis to monitor the project progress. Provide leadership, train, develop and mentor the team to enhance their technical knowledge and soft skills. Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Director, Global Supply Chain and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain.

Compliance with Supply Chain Policies and Procedures by Business UnitsRisk managementQualificationsExperienceAt least 10 years relevant experience in a similar position dealing with strategic sourcing of products and services. Preferably with experience in hospitality, gaming or integrated resort environments. Extensive sourcing experience with global procurement experience is preferred. Solid project and excellent contract management experience and able to negotiate complex contracts independently. Demonstrated extensive experience in sourcing techniques to provide cost savings while maintaining quality.

Excellent business, financial and negotiating skills. Possess strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and Contract Management systemsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of productsKnowledge of legal contract terms and conditionsEducationAppropriate tertiary education, major in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration. Recognised professional accreditation, CPM or CPSM. Skills / CompetenciesAbility to achieve agreed objectives and accountable for results. Excellent organizational, leadership and management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsApproachable and enthusiastic. Analytical, detailed and systems oriented. Encourage people to work as a team.
