REQ12822 Attendant, Floral Design (Open)Position SummaryThe Floral Design Attendant is responsible to assist the Floral Design Manager to prepare and maintain all of the floral arrangements in the complex, i. e. public areas, restaurants as well as guest rooms. Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining and preparing all of the flower arrangements in the complex. Maintain the flower shop clean and tidy at all times. Prepare and delivery floral arrangement to guest rooms, public areas and casino areas. To assist in preparing floral arrangements for counter sales orders. To water all floral arrangements in the designated area with the complex.

Handle guest or department inquiry and report to Floral Design Manager as required. To clean all the related accessories such as vases, cutting tools. Adhere to all company policies & procedures. Ensure working environment adhere to the company’s policy & procedure. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors. Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to superiors. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time. QualificationsExperienceNo previous experience is required. EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent professional training. Skills / CompetenciesGood team player with positive “can do” attitude. Creative and responsible.

Adheres to, and supports the company’s vision, values, policies & procedures. Flexibility to work and be able to step in if and when required to assist team members with other tasks and / or as directed the superior. Attention to detail. Demonstrates willingness to lean and perform to a high standard set by the company. Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis. Ability to communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin.
