REQ13046 Manager, Media (Mainland China Market) (Open)Position SummaryManager, Media (Mainland China Market) is responsible for managing the planning of paid media strategy and implementation to drive brand advocacy and customer conversion & loyalty in Mainland China market. Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with line manager to lead collaborations with media and media agencies, leveraging resources to generate insights of target audiences and analyze competitors for Melco. Develop and deliver media strategies including performance media, aligned with campaign objectives, create media planning guideline and ensure media strategy implementation and performance measurement.
Collaborate closely with Content team to identify right assets for various channels and reach target audiences with most efficient communication. Closely monitor campaign media spending, analyze and verify media report data, attribute performance results and provide optimization plan proactively and timely, to ensure achievement of communication goals. Work closely with PR, Social media and Digital marketing team to ensure communication consistency across all touch points of target audiences. Work with line manager for well planning and monitoring the media budget for Mainland China market and ensure efficiency. Drive team and agency’s performance.
QualificationsExperienceAt least 5 years relevant experiences in media planning and buying. Education & LanguageBachelor’s degree or above. Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English. Skills/CompetenciesWith strong strategic mindsetWith deep understanding about Mainland CN market.
