REQ12614 Senior Manager, Collaboration Strategy & Project Steering (Open)Position SummaryReporting to Vice President, Brand Strategy & Communication, be responsible for annual Melco Collaboration Strategy development, and work as key contact window for IP collaboration & project-based tasks, including but not limited to luxury pop-ups, art installation, exhibitions, etc. Primary ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Work with line manager to define collaboration strategy to enhance Melco brand awareness & desirability, meanwhile, aim to drive traffic via project-based tasks, e. g. luxury pop-ups, and IP community penetration.
Define COD art narrative by working with curators and partners, aiming to bring contemporary art & culture to the property, including well known or rising artists scouting and art pieces creation, on the ground installation/exhibition. Come up creative guideline for seasonal artistic installations. Identify partner collaboration and bring actionable initiatives to drive traffic and potential recruitment. Bring never-ever big initiatives to property: e. g. Annual force of Fashion, by collaborating with partnersWork closely with PR, Media, Social Media and Digital Marketing team to maximize impact of the above projects.
Budget management to ensure project efficiencyQualificationsExperience10 years experiences specialized in Art related industry, including art studio or gallery, etc. Strong art taste with good knowledge of art trends and insights. Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partnersProven ability to lead collaboration projects and be directly accountability for resultsEducationBachelor’s degree or above. Skills / CompetenciesFluency in both oral and written English & ChineseSolid knowledge of art, culture, literature and imaginationStrong copy writing skills for art narrative
