REQ12510 Senior Officer, Public Relations (Open)Position SummarySenior Officer, Public Relations is responsible for providing supports to the Public Relations department in execution to ensure the smooth running of departmental daily operation including external and internal communications.
Primary ResponsibilitiesTo handle media/KOL enquiries and perform basic evaluationTo coordinate with other business units on scheduling for media/KOL visit or shootingTo provide onsite logistics support upon media/KOL visit or shootingTo maintain effective professional relationships with key media and stakeholders to maximize positive publicity for the companyTo support tactical PR programs to optimize media return and to promote awareness effectively for respective property of the companyTo brainstorm and initiate PR ideas aligning with the PR strategiesTo assist with implementation of public relations initiativesTo perform additional projects or tasks as assigned by superior from time to timeKey Performance IndicatorsOut-going and excellent communication skillsStrong organizational and systematic abilitiesMaintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external peopleQualificationsExperienceOver 2 years working experience in similar capacityStrong established hotel/travel media network is preferredEducationUniversity graduate, preferably in Public Relations, Marketing or JournalismSkills / CompetenciesFluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinGood command of written and spoken Japanese or Korean is an advantageFamiliar with mainstream social media platformsProficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processingHighly motivated, creative, with a positive and professional attitudeFlexible on work schedule
