You are also responsible for ensuring the SuperLife workplace savings scheme and default KiwiSaver operate effectively and efficiently for employer groups, their representatives, and individual members.Some Of Your Key ResponsibilitiesHandling new group and individual member applications/terminations and group to individual transfers, as well as processing of member claims, all within agreed service level agreement timeframes.Ensuring contributions are received according to schedule, reconciled, and posted to agreed service standards in an efficient and timely manner, using data augmentation tools and uploaders wherever possible.Contacting and responding to customers and recording and maintaining customer information to a high level of accuracy and integrity.Liaising with payroll administrators for missing contributions, data mismatch and other related information.Participating in the development of service enhancements and consistently strive to create better working practices internally and for our members.To be successful in this role you’ll have: Two to three years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.Good numerical and computer skills - particularly Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail with the ability to handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, as well as an excellent time-management/ workflow management skills to meet deadlines.Impeccable written and oral communication skills to deal directly with customers and channel partners.Outstanding can-do and respectful attitude, in addition to the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.We are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity.
